Never before has one set of tools been so easy to use for so many different types of installations with equally fast, professional results.

The Big Boy Installer Roller has a cantilever heater head which acts as a heat stop ensuring the heat does not travel from the heat gun through the metal tool and transfer to the handle. The handle is also covered in hand-stitched saddle leather for comfort, remaining cool to touch throughout the installation with no glove required.

The heat gun will attach and detach freely, allowing for the heat source to be instantly directed as needed without stopping. The Big Boy Installer Roller has three positions available for the heat gun nozzle. Placing the heat gun nozzle in the center allows for general heat over the entire width of the roller on the vinyl surface. The right or left position provides a more direct aim of heat and heats about 2 1/2 inches from the vinyl’s edge on either the right or left side. This is useful for example as used on a cinder block wall to lay in the grout lines and works right or left handed.

In step with our other rollers the Big Boy Installer Roller features a high density 4.5" wide foam roller on a 1" diameter solid aluminum core axle. The body and heater head are precision CNC milled from aircraft T-6 aluminum and the 2nd generation built-in bushing system provides an ultra-quiet and smooth operation without any wear and tear on the axle or core roller.
