Never before has one set of tools been so easy to use for so many different types of installations with equally fast, professional results.

The Big Boy Utility Roller has a cantilever heater head which acts as a heat stop ensuring the heat does not travel from the heat gun through the metal tool and transfer to the handle.

The heat gun will attach and detach freely, allowing for the heat source to be instantly directed as needed without stopping. When the heat gun nozzle is placed in the holder, the tool will rotate freely to change roller direction without stopping the flow of the installation. Right to left and up to down, it will just keep rolling. Heater head can be removed to use as a standard hand-held utility roller.

The Big Boy Utility Roller features a high density foam 2" wide roller on a 1" diameter solid aluminum core axle. The body and heater head are precision CNC milled from aircraft T-6 aluminum and the 2nd generation built-in bushing system provides an ultra-quiet and smooth operation without any wear and tear on the axle or core roller.
